What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Your salon experience starts before you even walk through the door. You’ll receive a few emails with everything you need to know, from what to expect at your first visit to tips that help you feel completely prepared and relaxed. Think of it as a little sneak peek into the Hair Bestie experience.
The Consultation
Every great hair journey starts with a conversation. During your consultation, we’ll talk through your hair goals, what’s working (and what’s not), and map out a customized plan to get you there. It’s the perfect way to make sure we’re on the same page before your first color service.
After Goodbye
Your experience doesn’t end when you leave the salon. I’ll send a follow-up with care tips, product recommendations, and a check-in to be sure you’re loving your look. Think of it as a little love note from your Hair Bestie until we see each other again.
