
Cancellation Policy
You and your appointment are very important to me. I hold this time just for you, and kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations (or changes) made within 24 hours will be considered late. A rebooking fee will apply: $25 for missed haircuts and $50 for canceled color services. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment, and if unpaid within 7 days, future appointments will be canceled.
No Call/No Show Policy

Failure to give notice will be considered a no-show, and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to cover the reserved time that could not be filled.
Late Policy
Appointments are carefully scheduled to respect every guest’s time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation. A rebooking fee will apply: $25 for haircuts/styles and $50 for color services, which must be paid before rescheduling.
If I’m able to adjust and provide an abbreviated service in the remaining time, the $25 fee may be added to your total to help cover the reserved time that was lost.
Redo Policy
I always strive to deliver your hair goals and create a look you love. If you feel something needs adjusting, please let me know within 7 days of your visit. Redo appointments will be scheduled within 14 days of the original service, pending availability.
During your redo, I’ll specifically address the area of concern to achieve what we originally agreed upon during the consultation. Any new changes outside of our initial plan will require a separate appointment at regular menu pricing.
